  • Leveraged market data and in-depth P&L analysis to develop pricing structures that maximize profitability while remaining market competitive; realizing $4.5M in sales over 45 days during the 2023 holiday season for Hearthsong Toys. 
  • Successfully sold in a $7M Baby Einstein toy program at the world’s largest mass retailer; placed a collection of 5 SKUs in the baby toy aisle along with a 2022 holiday season end cap. 
  • Replaced a top-selling product from a major toy brand at a major US retailer with a Baby Einstein offering through thorough analysis of drivers of market performance and consumer need; resulting in additional placements in major mass and global retailers. 
  • Developed and currently maintain strong relationships with specialty retailers through Diverse reps, Atlanta’s America’s Mart, and independent retailers. 
  • Developed and implemented packaging and marketing briefs, communication plans, and complete go-to-market documentation and processes, fostering accountability across key functions, clarity in product positioning, and high probability of launch success. 
  • Successfully driven 100+ product development projects through an innovation pipeline by demonstrating exceptional cross functional leadership, project management, and setting robust KPI hurdles.
