- Developed and executed a comprehensive product management strategy to enable the organization’s restructuring of fragmented development and support functions. The successfully executed strategy included:
- Introduction of dedicated development team focused on a two-year project to rewrite in a cloud-based platform
- Multi-year plan to deprecate existing processes and platforms to transition to new cloud-based platform
- Directed custom applications development projects, with knowledge of healthcare framework (eligibility authorizations, payments from a wide variety of insurance providers, claims processing, securitization of medical records, ICD-9 coding, clinical documentation, and more)
- Designed, directed and implemented custom software for healthcare use in appointment scheduling and integration with EMR systems
