Copeland brings over 25 years of executive experience in Human Resources to his role as a Senior Vice President at M&A Executive Search. Copeland comes to M&A Executive Search after nearly three years as a Principal at c6 Consulting Services and over ten years as Vice President of Human Resources at Restaurant Technologies, where he was responsible for Human Resources and Risk Management for 850 employees across 26 states and 41 facilities.
“Rick has a good blend of experience that ranges from small start-up technology companies to large global solutions and services businesses,” said M&A Executive Search President Chandler McCoy. “His primary focus will be on conducting executive search from the functional VP to C-suite level.”
Copeland will also provide general HR solutions support for short-term staff augmentation, interim placement, and talent acquisition process improvement initiatives on an hourly contract basis.
